Ivivva Keep Ur Cool Racer in Ray and Sand and Surf Organizer

Yay! My Ivivva order is here! They have had so many fun colors this summer, I couldn't resist ordering again.

I ordered another Keep Ur Cool Racer in ray (size 14) for $26. I have been waiting for Lululemon to come out with ray, but I don't think we will see it this summer. Split pea and antidote hues weren't really for me. I like that this is a more cheerful color like clear mint.

They also had adorable zip pouches called the "sand and surf organizer." I have actually been looking for a wet bag for my bikinis, so I snatched this up for $18.

The bag and tank cost $44 total. Not too shabby considering a Lululemon Cool Racerback costs $42.

When I pulled the Keep Ur Cool Racer out of the packaging, I was so surprised by how bright this tank was. It was practically a traffic cone! I also noticed that they added the reflective logo on the inside so it can be worn inside out. The material is also a little softer and stretchier than some of my previous Ivivva tanks.

Ivivva Keep Ur Cool Racer in size 14
I need to do another side-by-side comparison because I feel like this one is a little longer! Some of the Ivivva ones look a little short, but this one looks almost like my Lululemon Cool Racerback (CRB) with the exception of a slightly higher neckline.

If your curious of the fit compared to Lululemon's Cool Racerback, I have a few archived posts:

Mermaid Tears
Seapunk Multi

From Top to Bottom: Clear Mint, Ray, and Clarity Yellow
I find it funny that ray is so bright it makes clear mint and clarity yellow look muted. I snapped a few different pics and they all turned out the same regardless of different light. Ray is such an electric color the other colors look drab!

I really liked my Sand and Surf organizer! It looks just like any flat zip pouch, but it has a plastic lining to protect your items from the sand (i.e., phone, keys). It also would make a great bikini bag for your wet bikinis.

I'm probably going to use this a few different ways. I plan on using it at the beach for all of my loose items....I'll just throw this in my tote bag. I'll also use this at the gym. I can throw my sweaty clothes in there or even use it for my larger toiletry products like shampoo and hairspray.

For the price, I'm impressed with the details of the bag. Most wet bags at $15-20 and are not very cute. I like that this one has a cute tribal print on the inside and a hair tie zipper pull. I also like that the plastic lining is clear and there is a plastic lip around the zipper to protect your items. I think the only thing I would have also liked to see would be an inside pocket for your credit card/ID.

I really like both of my items so they are keepers! I think Ivivva has been cranking out more summer pallets than Lululemon. I'm just happy my adult butt can barely squeeze into their largest size...sorry size 14 kids! I know us grown ups have been snatching a lot of the items in your size!

Ivivva Keep Ur Cool Racer in Mermaid Tears

I couldn't resist ordering another Ivivva Keep Ur Cool racer in Mermaid Tears (size 14). I really like the fit of the Ivivva tanks. They have little higher neckline compared to my Lululemon Cool Racerback tanks and they are a little shorter. I sometimes find the Lululemon CRBs a little too long at times, so the Ivivva Keep Ur Cool racer is a great alternative for shorts and roll-down pants!

The print is really pretty. I like how the colors bleed together! It's almost like a watercolor painting. Clear Mint, Spry Blue, Zing Pink, and Power Purple....some of my favorite Lululemon summer colors!

As always, the fit is good. I initially didn't know what I would pair this with, but I realized I have a few options. The mermaid tears print looks really good with neutral colors like cadet blue.

So far I really love my Ivivva tanks! At $26, they have been my "cheap" pick over Lululemon's CRB.

Ivivva Keep Ur Cool Racer in Seapunk Paint Multi

I got my Ivivva Keep Ur Cool Racer in Seapunk Paint Multi today! This is the third Ivivva tank I've ordered. I like them just as much as Lululemon's Cool Racerback (CRB)....especially the $26 price point!

The print is a little crazy in an 80s way, but also really pretty. It looks like a collaboration of Lululemon Spring 2014 colors of brush strokes.

The material is silky and a little stretchier. It does have a little higher polyester content, but the stretching to white is limited. (Note: Polyester Lululemon prints can stretch out to white.) Overall, I really like it. The vertical stripes are flattering. The Ivivva tank length is slightly shorter than the Lululemon version, but I like shorter length for different types of pants....just as long as its not getting as high as my hip bone. That's a little too high.

Did you guys order any Ivivva tanks lately? I feel a little guilty 'stealing' tanks away from girls lol, but I have been really loving their spring colors!

Ivivva Rhythmic Pants Compared to Lululemon Wunder Under Pants

Finally getting around to my Ivivva review! I think after this post I am 100% caught up! I thought my Ellie package came in, but it hasn't showed up. I also have my first FabFitFun box for Spring 2014 coming in on Tuesday...so keep on the lookout for those reviews!

Update: Oooh sorry. I forgot I still have to review my Lululemon Cotton Roll-Down Wunder Unders in Fatigue. Dang-it...almost there.

So I was initially torn about my Ivivva pants. I'm glad I left these behind on my vacation and re-tried them on, because now I really like them.

Comparing the Ivivva Rhythmic Pants in a size 14 to the Lululemon Wunder Under Pants in size 6, there wasn't too many differences. There was a little lower rise, about 1-1.5" shorter in length, and slightly a little less material in the hip section.

Side by side, the Lululemon WUP looks identical to the Ivivva Rhythmic Pant...The only obvious difference is the length. I don't think that will affect most ladies.....only the sky high ones. I'm 5'7 and have long legs. Lululemon WUP are pretty long on me and the Ivivva Rhythmic Pants were perfect in length.

A quick color comparison of Bali Breeze to Athleta's Catalina Green. Athleta's Catalina Green is slightly darker, but they look quite identical!

I did notice the rise was a bit lower than my Lululemon WUP. The first time I tried these on, it seemed like they came down in the back when I squatted. The second time I tried them on, I made sure I pulled them all the way up and they were fine. If I had more of a muscular booty, these may not have worked as well!

Overall, I'm pleased with the Ivivva Rhythmic Pants and I will use them as a good substitute for Lululemon's WUP. Ivivva's Rhythmic Pants are $58 and Lululemon's WUP are $82. That's essentially 30% less than Lululemon's! If you are a 4/6 in Lululemon's WUP, Ivivva's Rhythmic Pants in size 14 might work great for you!

So far Ivivva's Keep Ur Cool Racer and Rhythmic Pants have been great Lululemon substitutes for Cool Racer Backs and Wunder Under Pants!

Got last minute tickets to Ringling Brothers and Barum & Bailey Circus! We didn't know they were in town and tonight is their last show in DC! We saw their freight boxes at the last minutes and hunted for some tickets...finally we got some online!

Lululemon, Ivivva, and some Ellie

I got my cadet Swiftly LS and I'm still in love. It's softer and thicker than all my other Swiftly tops...

Still think this is space dye... One of the other countries have it listed as space dye. The fit is nice. It's going to be one of my favorite tops.

I also got my Ivivva keep ur cool racer in grapeseed. Compared to lululemon's power purple crb, it's still a little longer. The neckline is higher and there seems to be a little more room in the chest.

I decided to return it.... The color is similar to winter orchid, but I think it's too close to power purple for me.

I guess I forgot to select my Ellie outfits for the last two months and they sent them to me at once. That's a little dirty, because I would have canceled after the first month. Now I have to pay the processing fee for two months, instead of one.

The first outfit wasn't too bad. The red was pretty, but the bottoms looked shiny and cheap. I  got husband approval for the first outfit, but I'm not a fan of the crops. I did like the top and I'm thinking about keeping it.

The next outfit was a little blah. My husband said it looked like it came from K-Mart. I had to agree....the top looked really cheap....

I wasn't a fan of the fit. It was just ok and the space dye print looked cheap. The pants were good. Not see through, but I don't need another pair of black leggings!

So a few returns....I need to cancel Ellie. I think I'm definitely preferring Fabletics for a subscription service.

I have my WAFS fatigue WUC coming next week and a pair of Glyder Mantra crops in Acai Berry! Can't wait to do another comparison!

Lululemon Cool Racerback (CRB) vs. Ivivva Keep Ur Cool Racer

My first Ivivva Keep Ur Cool Racer came in today! I'm really surprised it came in on time...especially with the snow! I ordered the tank in Space Dye Pow Pink Light/Flash Light/Creamsicle Pop.

Left - Lululemon Clearmint CRB, Right - Ivivva Keep Ur Cool in Space Dye Pow Pink

I decided to give Ivivva's tanks a try because of the price and the higher neckline. My boobs are on the larger side. I really like wearing tanks in the gym, but don't want to look like I'm trying to throw my cleavage in everyone's face either. The biggest incentive of trying Ivivva's was the price. The Ivivva Keep Ur Cool Racer was $26 dollars, while the Lululemon CRB tank is $42. That's 38% less than Lululemon's....I could almost buy two for the price of one.

I ordered an Ivivva size 14 based off of my chest measurements. I buy Lululemon CRBs in size 4. According to their size chart, a size 4 is a 32" Bust. An Ivviva size 14 is a 32" bust.

As you can see in the photo, the CRB is a 1.5-2" longer and has a lower neckline. The Keep Ur Cool racer is a little wider in the chest....which makes me wonder if I could have ordered a size 12. The waist is almost the same, but also has a little more room at the hips. The straps are also a little bit wider too.

Here is a close up view of the space dye. It is really cute in person. It's not as pink in person....you can see more of the orange from a distance.

I was surprised by how much I liked the fit of the Ivivva Keep Ur Cool racer....I ended up ripping the tags right off and I'm going to wear it to the gym tonight! I do like the higher neckline. It also fits really well. My husband liked the fit too, and couldn't tell much difference from my other ones.

The length is a little shorter, but I'm 5'7 with a long torso and it didn't bother me. I do think the CRB looks great with the crops, but I will like the Ivivva ones for shorts and crops/pants with a roll down waistband. CRBs look a little sloppy with the roll down waist.

I did notice that your tank wouldn't show through when wearing a Lululemon jacket. I can see the pros and cons of this. I do like adding color with my outfit, but I also appreciate not having to match my jacket to my tank all the time!

So I consider it a win! If you are a size 4 in Lululemon's CRB you will definitely be able to wear Ivivva's Keep Ur Cool racer. If you are a size 6, you might be able to fit in a size 14 if you are on the smaller end of the size.

I really like the fit, and the material was just as good! Not bad for 38% off! I'm going to keep an eye out for Ivivva tanks! Especially in pretty colors!

Lululemon never gave us an Winter Orchid CRB, and I loved that color! Now that I know the size works, I'm going to order a Grapeseed racer too! I'll order a pair of tights when they have a pattern I like (like these space dye ones in the photo), but I don't know if long sleeves will work on me since I'm so tall!

Has anyone else tried Ivivva?
